• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not misleading.
• The content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

We may edit formatting (such as layout, capitalization, or minor grammar) to improve readability, without changing the meaning. We may also remove content that violates these Terms or is reported and verified as infringing.

Menustic and its logos, design, interface elements, and software are owned by Menustic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Use Menustic branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without approval.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or underlying datasets.

• Submitting spam, duplicated listings, or manipulated content intended to mislead users.
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access restrictions.

If Menustic offers paid features, pricing and billing terms will be clearly presented at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, and access may be suspended if payment fails or is reversed.

Promotions, trials, or discounts may change or end at any time. Any taxes or transaction fees required by law may apply.

Menustic may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
